How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. For large events (100+ guests) or events requiring a tent or chef, 4–6 weeks is ideal. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — just call or WhatsApp us!
Do you deliver and set everything up? +
Yes! Delivery, setup, and pickup are all part of our service. We bring everything to your venue, set it up exactly how you want it, and come back to pick it all up after your event. You don't have to lift a finger.
How far do you deliver? +
We serve all of Northern Virginia — Chantilly, Herndon, Reston, Sterling, Ashburn, Manassas, Fairfax, Centreville, Leesburg, Woodbridge, Alexandria, and beyond. We also serve Washington DC and parts of Maryland. Delivery fees are based on distance from Chantilly, VA.
Can I rent individual items or do I have to get a package? +
You can rent any individual items you need — no package required. Just tell us exactly what you want and we'll quote each item. Packages are available for convenience and savings, but everything is customizable.
What forms of payment do you accept? +
We accept cash, Zelle, CashApp, and major credit/debit cards. A deposit is required to hold your date. Contact us for details on deposit amounts and payment schedules.
Do you offer chef and catering services? +
Yes! La Chica is co-owned by Executive Chef Bismarck Hernandez, a professionally trained chef with experience across Europe, the Caribbean, and Latin America. We can provide chef rental, full catering, event servers, and bartenders. Ask us about catering packages for your event.
